Comfort Guarantee

We guarantee when we install a complete air conditioning and duct system it will cool or heat your home to your satisfaction. We promise a maintained temperature variance range of no more (3 degrees + or -) from your temperature selection to the actual temperature at your thermostat when you are heating or cooling your home. If these temperatures are not achieved we will fix it and make any necessary modifications, repairs to your duct system at no charge for up to 5 years.

1 Year (12 months) 100% Money-Back Guarantee

We guarantee that the equipment we have installed will perform as we have stated. If you’re not completely satisfied with the performance of the equipment, our service or even our people and we cannot correct the problem after being given the opportunity, we will remove the equipment within 30 days of your request and cheerfully refund the purchase price for up to one year.

“Trouble Free” Guarantee Tune-up Service

We guarantee after our air conditioning tune-up service, if your system –for any reason-
Isn’t trouble free for the next 6 months we will gladly reimburse the $109.95 towards the repair or replacement or your existing air conditioning system.

1 Year Parts and Labor Repair Guaranteed

We guarantee our repairs for 1 year. If the same part that we repaired fails within one year
of the repair, we will replace it free of charge both part and labor.

“Count on Us” Repair Service Guaranteed

Have you ever waited for a repair man that never showed up? You’re busy and we know it. To express our confidence you can count on All Climate Air to be there when you need a repair, if we don’t arrive at your home or business on the day scheduled for your repair you can deduct $50 from our repair service invoice.  (weather conditions permitting, does not included tune-up services)

Property Protection Guarantee

All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture and door frames are
protected.  Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Protective hall runners will be used
in work and traffic areas.

Dependability Protection Promise (5 Years)

Your satisfaction with your new cooling and heating system is important. That’s why if the unexpected happens with your new air conditioning system and you have a compressor failure or your furnace’s heat exchanger cracks within the first 5 years of ownership, we will remove the defective unit and replace the system with a new air conditioner or furnace (which ever applies) free of charge to you. This removes the risk of getting a “Lemon” unit.  Please read owner’s manual for use & care of your new air conditioner. This applies to residential installations only. Acts of god, intentional misuse or abuse are not covered by this guarantee.

Technicians Guarantee

All Climate Air’s Service and installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship. They will care for your home and perform with speed and precision. They will clean up when they finish and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. If we have not performed to these high standards, you don’t pay until you are satisfied with the completed results.

Extended Warranties

All Climate Air has the ability to offer extended warranty programs especially tailored to you and your Equipment. Some manufacturer warranties can cover you for up to 12 years parts and labor.
