This company had installed a replacement of my old residential HVAC system 6 years ago; their pricing was competitive then and the install then went without issue - so calling them back today for an issue that developed over the last couple of weeks was a no-brainer.
Front to back, beginning with my call to their front office this morning, speaking with Jennifer, arranging for a same morning appointment today… all the way to having a most professional HVAC tech Reuben arriving on time, in fact… professionally early, getting right to the issue; it was refreshing to experience.
The service fee was reasonably competitive and discussed before work began. The service; problem diagnosis; and temporary solution; was really top notch and made sense to me. Reuben answered all my questions relating to the problem, did some maintenance, also highlighting a possible source for a mild leak which may have to be further addressed.
I will require a return visit, but so far so good with All-Climate’s pro customer service and field work.
I was not required to pay the service fee today which was also convenient for me (I’ll be catching that next time…), and I’ll be receiving a call from the shop to schedule a return visit for later this week.
As such, overall, a top notch experience from All-Climate. Happy customer.
